Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada · A different perspective.
Cape Breton Highlands National Park covers much of the island’s northern plateau, where forested canyons meet steep cliffs above the sea. The Cabot Trail runs through the park, and its best-known walk, the Skyline Trail, leads to a headland boardwalk high above the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
This private day is built around the park. We plan the drive, you choose how much walking you want to do, and the route is timed so the Skyline Trail isn’t rushed. Moose are often seen in the Highlands, though sightings are never guaranteed.
A starting point for your day. Final stops depend on your available time, the weather and attraction opening hours.
